00The 8-protocol method
You don’t live in the reality you want. You live in the one your anchor holds up.
And it doesn’t change the day you decide to want something different. It changes the day you decide to replace it.
The Architecture of Reality is a digital workbook that turns the 8 protocols into an executable commitment — and measures, every day, whether the new anchor is beating the old one. When it isn’t, it tells you what to fix.

01Why it didn’t stick the other times
You’ve already decided to change. Several times.
You read the book. You watched the video. You wrote the goal in a nice notebook. For three days you were a different person. On the fourth, the situation showed up — the bill, the unanswered message, the alarm clock — and you did exactly what you always do.
Then came the usual explanation: lack of discipline. Which is a comfortable explanation, because it puts the blame somewhere you don’t have to change anything. And that is exactly why next year you’ll decide all over again.
Motivation is fuel. An anchor is direction. You’ve been filling the tank of a car pointed at the same place.
02The turn
It isn’t a lack of willpower. It’s an anchor.
An anchor is the pair that formed in your head between a situation and an automatic reaction. It doesn’t ask your opinion: when the trigger appears, the reaction has already fired. That’s why wanting doesn’t fix it — you’re trying to shout down something that runs before the shouting.
Swapping the anchor isn’t wanting it more. It’s putting one minimum action where the automatic one was and repeating until it becomes the new automatic. The 8 protocols exist so you arrive at a single executable sentence that fits inside an ordinary day:
Next time the bill arrives happens, instead of putting it off and closing the banking app, I will write the amount down in a notebook.
You don’t write that sentence from scratch. It assembles itself as you fill in the protocols.
03How it works
Four steps, in this order.
The order matters: each step feeds the next.
You answer the 8 protocols
Reality Anchoring, Be → Do → Have, Belief Filter, Letting Go of Control, Head vs. Arena, Guilt, Fear and Emotional Dependency. One at a time, at your own pace, starting with whatever blocks you most today.
The app builds your root commitment
What you write in the seven protocols feeds the root one automatically and becomes a single executable sentence. Nine mantras also write themselves out of your answers — in your words, not in generic phrases.
You log 21 days
Forty seconds a day: did the trigger appear? Which anchor won? One line about what happened. The app reminds you every day and opens the entry on the home screen — nothing to go looking for.
The score shows the truth
In what percentage of the triggers the new anchor won. It’s a number, not a feeling — and it’s what tells you whether the method is taking hold or something needs to change.
04The ruler
The number alone is no use. Reading it is.
This is where this workbook parts ways with an ordinary journal. It doesn’t just hand back the score — it hands back what to do with it:
The problem is almost never willpower: the minimum action is too big. Go back to the protocol and shrink it until it’s embarrassingly easy.
Installation range. Change nothing. Keep the same action and the same repetition — this is exactly where most people ruin the process by fiddling with what was working.
The anchor is installing. Now, yes: move the minimum action up a notch.
Notice what this ruler does. It never calls you lazy. It adjusts the size of the step.
05More than one front
What blocks you with money is rarely what blocks you in love.
That’s why there isn’t just one workbook. You open a project for each front of your life — money, relationships, health, whatever it is — and each one has its own protocols, commitment, journal and score. Nothing gets mixed up, and you switch between them with one tap.
Before and after, in numbers
You give each area of your life a score from 0 to 10 at the start. Four weeks later, you score it again. The difference shows up on a chart — not in your memory, which is terrible at this.
Works offline
It installs on your phone’s home screen like an app and opens on the subway, on a plane, out in the country. The day’s entry can’t depend on a signal.
06About what you’ll be writing
Fear, guilt, money and shame.
That’s the material the protocols work with. You can’t do this work halfway, and you can’t do it somewhere you don’t trust.
So: no trackers, no ad pixels, no third-party cookies. Your content isn’t read, isn’t sold and isn’t used to train anything. And the button to download everything that’s yours — in .json, .csv and .txt — always works, including if you cancel.
The full details are in the app’s privacy policy, written in plain English with no small print.

08Before you decide
What people ask
Do I need to know the method before subscribing?
No. The app walks you through protocol by protocol, with the question on screen and an example in every field. If you’ve never heard of the 8 protocols, you start with the root one and follow the order it suggests.
How much time a day does this take?
Filling in the protocols takes one or two sessions, at your own pace. After that it’s about 40 seconds a day in the journal. If it’s taking longer than that, something is wrong with the size of your minimum action.
What if I cancel? Do I lose everything I wrote?
No. Without a subscription the workbook goes read-only: you keep signing in, reading everything and downloading the full backup whenever you want. What gets locked is writing — logging the day, editing protocols and creating projects. Subscribe again and writing comes back instantly, with everything in place.
Does it work on a phone?
It was designed for the phone first. You install it on your home screen like an app and it opens even without internet — the day’s entry can’t depend on a signal. It also works on your computer, with the same account.
Does this replace therapy?
No, and it’s important to be direct about this. This is a method workbook, not health treatment. It does not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care or any professional support, and it is not for moments of crisis. If you are in intense distress or having thoughts of death, get help: in the US, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline answers free on 988, 24 hours a day.
How does billing work?
Through Hotmart, which handles the payment, the invoices and the cancellation. Card or PayPal. As soon as the payment is approved, your access to the app is released automatically — use the same email you bought with to sign in.
The old anchor won’t leave on its own.
It only leaves when another one takes its place. Twenty-one days is how long it takes to find out whether yours already is.
