This policy explains what thearchitectofreality.com and The Architecture of Reality app collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written for readers in the United States. It is short because we collect very little.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
When you just read this website. Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time — which is how any website stays online and secure. We do not run advertising trackers, advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
When you buy something. The purchase happens on Hotmart, not here. Your name, email address and payment details go to Hotmart, which processes the payment and delivers the product. We never see or store your card number. From Hotmart we receive your name, your email address and the record of what you bought, so we can give you access and provide support.
When you use the app. We store the email address you sign in with, and the content you write: your protocol answers, your root commitment, your mantras and your journal entries. That content is stored on our servers so that the same account works on your phone and on your computer, and it is also cached on your own device so the app opens without internet.
When you email us. We keep the message and your email address, so we can answer you and keep a record of the support we gave.
3. What we do with it
We use it to deliver what you bought, to run and secure the app and the site, to answer your messages, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. That is the whole list.
Specifically, about what you write in the app: we do not read it, we do not sell it, we do not share it, and we do not use it to train any model. Our staff access it only if you ask us to look at something for you, or if we are legally required to.
4. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We have never done so. We do not sell the personal information of anyone, including anyone under 16.
5. Who else touches your data
Only the services we need to operate:
- Hotmart — payment processing, delivery, invoices, subscriptions, refunds and cancellations. Hotmart handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Our web hosting and email providers — they store the site, the app data and our correspondence on our instructions.
- Google Fonts — some pages load typefaces from Google’s servers, which means your IP address reaches Google when the page loads. If you would rather that did not happen, a content blocker will stop it and the page still works.
Beyond that, we disclose personal information only if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.
6. Cookies and Do Not Track
This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work — for example to keep you signed in if you have an account here. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. The app uses local browser storage to hold your workbook offline; that storage stays on your device and is not readable by anyone else.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for what a site should do when it receives one, so we do not respond to it specifically — but it makes no difference here, because we do not track you across other websites in the first place.
7. How long we keep it
App content stays for as long as your account exists, and for 90 days after you ask us to delete the account, so an accidental deletion can be undone. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period for security. Emails are kept while they are useful for support.
8. Your rights
Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, give you a copy of it, correct it, or delete it. Write to solucoesemengenhariams@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will answer within 45 days.
You do not have to wait for us to get your app content: the export button, which produces .json, .csv and .txt, works at any time, including after you cancel a subscription.
If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to a copy of it, the right to have it deleted, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights. We will never charge you more or give you less because you asked. Because we do not sell or share your personal information, there is nothing here to opt out of. California’s “Shine the Light” law also lets you ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing — we have not, and we do not.
If you live in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion and portability. The same email address handles those requests.
9. Children
This site and the app are for adults. They are not directed to children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and you must be 18 to buy. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to solucoesemengenhariams@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
Traffic to this site and to the app is encrypted in transit. Access to the systems holding app content is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
11. Where your data is
We are established in Portugal, so your personal information is processed in the European Union and, depending on the provider, in the United States. By using the site or the app you understand that your information is transferred and processed outside the state where you live.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date below, and for a change that materially affects you we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
